Canada may not be her hometown but when Latina actress Salma Hayek saw a bunch of her fans holding and waving a Mexican flag during the red carpet at the "Toronto International Film Festival" while promoting her "Septembers of Shiraz" movie, she hurriedly joined them for an impromptu photo-op, Pop Sugar reports. The 49-year-old sizzled in a ruby dress that made everyone half her age jealous because of her flawless, wrinkle-free face and sexy physique. Who knew she's a mother of an 8-year-old girl?

Salma shares that she believes in adding good fat in every meal, especially the bone broth, because it is rich in collagen and is good for her health. Although the actress doesn't really follow the Paleo diet, she believes and tries to incorporate most of its guiding principles in her meals, like using organic food choices, avoiding processed foods and eating healthy fats.
Salma is even quoted saying, "think people are afraid of fat, and fat is your friend." Many experts promote a high-fat, low-carb diet, just like what Salma is doing, because of its aid in weight loss and ability to boost metabolism.
Besides her healthy diet, Salma also ensures that she practices her holistic living in every aspect of her life.
