The official cause of death of Bobbi Kristina Brown, the only daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, has been determined by Georgia authorities, CNN reports. The news comes two months following the mysterious and questionable death of the 22-year-old.

"The Fulton County Medical Examiner has classified the cause and manner of Bobbi Kristina Brown's death based on information available as of September 25, 2015," the office said in a press release. "However, a Fulton County Superior Court Order dated September 25, 2015 has been received Sealing the Autopsy Report and ordering the Medical Examiner to not release any further information to the public."

People also reports that according to the office, "The Fulton County District Attorney and Roswell Police Department have been informed of the Medical Examiner's findings."

Brown was placed in a medically induced coma after she was found face down in a bathtub full of water in January, much like her mother three years before. In April, Cissy Houston told E! Online, "I have just returned from visiting my granddaughter Bobbi Kristina in the hospital and while she is no longer in a medically induced coma she has a tracheotomy and according to the doctors she has global and irreversible brain damage and remains unresponsive."

Houston added, "Meeting with the doctors and understanding that she can live in this condition for a lifetime truly saddens me. We can only trust in God for a miracle at this time. Keep us in your prayers."

Brown passed away in hospice care in July. According to her father, singer Bobby, who appeared in the premiere episode of The Real, "We prayed and hoped for six months ... for something better to happen. But when God calls you, he calls you."

Following her tragic death, Brown's conservators filed a $10 lawsuit against her boyfriend, Nick Gordon, who they believe was responsible for her death. ABC News reports that Bedelia Hargrove, Brown's conservator, filed a civil suit for bodily harm and theft. According to the lawsuit, Gordon committed "domestic violence on Brown, including punching her in the face, knocking out a front tooth, and dragging her upstairs by her hair."

Gordon has denied all allegations against him, and his lawyers told ET, "Nick has been heartbroken and destroyed over the loss of his love and it's shameful that such baseless allegations have been presented publicly. Nick has engaged civil counsel and intends to defend the lawsuit vigorously and expose it for what it is: a fictitious assault against the person who loved Krissy most."
