It's no surprise that Kylie Jenner is living life in the fast lane, as she is one of the precious darlings of reality TV star Kris Jenner, who helped each of her daughters land a career in fashion, television, and business. Indeed, the youngest Jenner is no regular 18-year-old, as big sis Khloe recently remarked during her interview with Complex following criticism for the way Kylie has been living her life.
Kylie was only 17 when the Complex cover story was published. "Kylie might be 17, but from what Kylie has been through and the life she lives, she's not a normal 17-year-old," said Khloe. "You're not gonna say, 'Hey, so what are you doing this weekend?' and have her say, 'Having a slumber party at my girlfriend's,' or 'Going to prom." That's not what Kylie does. Kylie is taking business meetings and bought her first house, or she's going on a private plane with Karl Lagerfeld to take a meeting. That's not even what people do in their 30s. It's a rare circumstance, so let's treat this as a special case."
Kylie, along with her elder sister Kendall, was named by TIME as one of the 30 Most Influential Teens of 2015, Us Magazine reports. Kendall, on the other hand, was acknowledged for her burgeoning modeling career and social media presence.
Kylie told TIME, "Everything I do, I always start these huge trends. I just want to inspire my fans to be whoever they want to be, because that's what I've always done."
Kylie founded Kylie Hair Kouture, a line of hair extensions that is a collaboration with Bellami Hair. She also has two nail lacquers from the Nicole by OPI line called Wear Something Spar-kylie and Rainbow in the S-kylie, and co-launched a clothing line with her sister, Kendall, along with the company PacSun.
According to Hollywood Life, Kylie also has her eyes set on a younger, hipper version of Fashion Police, which she hopes to develop and host herself. A source told Hollywood Life, "An ambition for her is to host her own fashion show, like the Fashion Police. But hers would be more for a younger audience, which would be for the teen market."
Meanwhile, Kylie is also busy on the homefront as the girlfriend of rapper Tyga. In fact, the two recently adopted a Merle English bulldog they named Rolly, People reports. If this is any indication, it seems that Tyga and Kylie are practicing their parenting skills with the recently adopted pup. In fact, In Touch Weekly reports that Kylie recently sparked some pregnancy rumors after posting photos of herself in Los Angeles, walking from her car to a studio, with her hand strategically placed on her stomach.
