On Wednesday's game against the Memphis Grizzlies, the Cleveland Cavaliers was able to bounce back from the season opener loss to Derrick Rose and the Chicago Bulls. And an even better news for the Cavs fans, their all-star forward Kevin Love, who has been through some rough patch last season, led the way for his team with his 17 points and 13 rebounds to a 106-76 victory.

Love was coming off from a season-ending injury he suffered back in last season's first round playoffs. He dislocated his left shoulder and had to undergo surgery and rehabilitation that has kept him to the sidelines for months. There was also the issue on his ability to build chemistry with the team. LeBron James even had to call him out to Twitter, ESPN noted.

All the drama last season reflected on Love's numbers. In his first season with the Cavs, he posted 16.4 points and 9.7 rebounds per game, which is a subpar performance compared to his stats back with Minnesota where he averaged an impressive 26.1 points and 12.5 rebounds.

For the first two games of this season, Love it seems has regained his old form. So, what changed? LeBron James has the answer.

"We'll use Kevin however he wants to be used," James said after the Grizzlies game. "I told you Kevin is going to be our main focus. He's going to have a hell of a season. He's going to get back to that All-Star status."

The all-star pair has been reported to have had some good talks when they met in Los Angeles before Love signed the multi-million contract to stay with the Cavs for five more years, Cleveland.com wrote. And, it seems like everything is working out.

"He's the focal point of us offensively. I know I can go out and get mine when I need it. But I need Kev to be as aggressive as he was tonight, and when he rebounds at the level he did tonight, the shots will automatically fall for him."

It is evident that messages were exchanged and heard during the L.A. meeting, and both parties were mutually responding to it in a positive way. And, when asked about what his words for LeBron during the talk, Love said, "just that I can do more."

"I think that he knew that. Since then I think everybody has really stepped up and asked what they can do in their respective roles. From a comfort standpoint, I just feel a lot, a lot better."
