The "Fifty Shades Of Grey" film series was widely accepted in the box office worldwide when it debuted the first film earlier in 2015. But, the franchise, based from the best-selling books by British author E.L. James, has had its fair share of critics from various church groups, anti-pornography groups, feminists, moralists and conservatives. It has been branded as a film that promotes sexual abuse, female inequality, and pornography; and glamorizes violence against women.

And, lead actress Dakota Johnson, playing the role of Anastasia Steele (a student who falls in love with a billionaire guy who is into BDSM), knows exactly what she was getting herself into.

The 26-year-old actress told Elle in an interview that she has no qualms doing the intimate scenes needed for the "Fifty Shades Of Grey" film. "I don't have any problem doing anything. The secret is I have no shame," Johnson said. This will definitely be a positive development with rumors swirling around that the upcoming second film of the trilogy, "Fifty Shades Darker," will feature more raunchy scenes.

It also helps that the actress, who also happens to be the daughter of a famous couple, Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson, was more invested in the emotional side of the book rather than the sexual part of it.

"Reading the book, I found myself more interested in the ways they were breaking each other down emotionally than the sex scenes," she added. "I think there's a part of a woman that wants to be the thing that breaks a man down."

Meanwhile, according to MovieNewsGuide, model and actress Cara Delevingne could be one of the new faces to be part of the "Fifty Shades Darker" cast. There has been a strong clamor for her to be included in the next film with many fans believing that she is perfect for the role of Leila Williams, one of Christian Grey's former submissives. Although, the participation of Delevingne still remains in question because she was currently too busy doing the film "Suicide Squad," which is going to be released in 2016.

Another actress rumored to take a role in the upcoming film is South African and seasoned actress Charlize Theron. She was speculated to take on the character of Elena Lincoln, also known as Mrs. Robinson, the adoptive mother of Christian Grey who taught him BDSM, the AustraliaNetworkNews wrote.

Jamie Dornan, who plays Christian Grey's character, has also been rumored to be asking for an increase in his talent fee, as well as some vacation perks. The film is set for its early 2017 release in time for another Valentine's Day celebration.
