Scarlett Johansson may not have as many merchandises or get her own movie as the other actors in the Avengers movies, but she did get the same compensation as Chris Evans and Chris Hemsworth for "The Avengers" and "Age of Ultron."

According to Variety, Johansson, Hemsworth and Evans all received the same compensation for "The Avengers" and "Avengers: Age of Ultron." Earlier reports by Forbes indicate that Johansson may have received $20 million for reprising her role in the movies although other sources indicate this may be an inaccurate figure.

"Audiences have proven that there's an appetite and a market for dynamic female leads and female-driven stories, and as an industry, we have a responsibility to create those roles for women and compensate them accordingly," Alan Horn told Variety reporters. Horn is the chairman at Walt Disney Studios.

The online magazine estimates that Johannson may have received a total of $35 million for her 2015 movies.

What has been confirmed is that Robert Downey Jr. has received the best deal, earning at least $80 million for all his movies this year. Guardian says this makes Downey the best-paid actor for 2015.

The next Avengers movie "Infinity War" is not due for another three years, but it has not stopped speculations as to the plot they will use. Movie Pilot theorizes that the Avengers: Infinity War could be the Marvel Cinematic Universe's recreation of the Secret Wars storyline.

According to this theory, The Beyonder will be replaced by Thanos with the Infinity Gauntlet holding villains such as Ultron, Ronan the Accuser, Malekith and Red Skull. Death might also make an appearance, offering Thanos a wide selection of villains to pit against the heroes.

In other news, a new Avengers-themed game is being developed for smartphones and tablets. This mobile game is designed to show the popular superheroes from an entirely different perspective: as developing young adults.

The Vine Report says TinyCo has developed a game for both iOS and Android devices. Named the "Marvel Avengers Academy," the game will feature a multitude of characters from the Avengers storyline including Iron Man, Captain America, Black Widow, Hulk and Falcon among others.

Marvel News described the new game as follows:

"In this adventure/simulation game, you'll build the ultimate superhero school that you've dreamed of, with training facilities, combat arenas, dormitories, laboratories, classrooms, sports stadiums, and more!"

Reports indicate that the game will be released in 2016.
