TV personality Vicky Pattison recently headed to Australia to join the upcoming season of reality television competition "I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!", in which prominent individuals are left in the jungle to thrive.  At the end of the competition, the winner gets to win a cash prize for their chosen charity. The 28-year-old Pattison is previously known for her stint on the MTV show Geordie Shore from 2011 to 2014, and Judge Geordie, which debuted in June.

Pattison, who has 2.2 million followers on Instagram, often shares her beauty and fitness tips via her social media accounts. She recently spoke to OK! Magazine U.K. to share advice on how to not go overboard this holiday season when it comes to food and drinks.

"Everyone knows you enjoy a good drink over Christmas and why shouldn't you? It's the festive season!" Pattison exclaimed. However, she advises to going for the non-sweetened alcoholic beverages.

"I'm not going to tell you to stop drinking because I would be a hypocrite," she admitted. "It's all about making sensible decisions. So pick clear spirits like vodka and gin and avoid sugary drinks like Baileys."

Pattison also advised sneaking in workout throughout the day. In fact, she recommends using everyday items around the house, such as a big can of biscuits, to lift.

"Lift it over your head and lunge," she said. "You'll have to make sure you do this one on the first day you get the box because I'm pretty sure after a week it will get a lot lighter."

Of course, as the spokesperson for the Mini V diet supplement brand, Pattison recommends, "Make sure you use my Mini V nutrition supplements to avoid getting any nasty hangovers over Christmas. Take 2 at night with a large glass of water and 2 in the morning with another big glass of water and that will guarantee you feel bright-eyed and bushy-tailed every day."

Meanwhile, as Pattison is gearing up for her "I'm a Celebrity" stint, she's also facing some drama back home as her former lover and Geordie Shore co-star Ricci Guaraccio is accusing her of attacking him, resulting to a broken nose, MTV reports.

Pattison and Guarnaccio met on the set of Geordie Shore, dated for 15 months, and even got engaged before their separation, which was caused by violent arguments between the two. Pattison's publicist denied the allegations, saying, "Ricci is an absolute fantasist and his claims of violence are absolutely untrue and so pathetic that they are not even worthy of a response."

"I'm a Celebrity" has not set a return date yet, but fans can keep up with Pattison via her social media accounts.
