Donald Trump 15-lb weight loss tips & tricks: presidential candidate secret? Don't diet or exercise!

It may not sound like the soundest advice, nor will it ever be the recommended healthy way of dieting, but making yourself too busy to nourish yourself could definitely work in losing weight. And, Donald Trump will most certainly have to concur.
The real estate mogul and 2016 U.S. presidential aspirant shared that he has been, inadvertently, losing some pounds while making the rounds of touring and speaking to large crowds for his campaign events.
"I have actually lost 15 lbs. on the campaign trail," the Republican presidential candidate tells People exclusively. "There's so little time to be eating. I tend to just be able to eat snacks because it's so busy and there are so many people and so much hoopla everywhere I go."
But, the 69-year-old businessman was also quick to caution about his diet, mostly consisting of chips and candy, and that it might not be what people should opt for.
"It's not the healthiest of eating. It's stuff I wouldn't necessarily recommend," he said. "It's grabbing anything you can find."
Trump also believed that one of the reasons to blame for his sudden loss of weight is speaking in front of huge crowds and exciting events. He said that public speaking is some sort of a form of exercise and it could really get so exhilarating at times.
He cited one event in Knoxville, Tennessee where he had to deliver a speech to 12,000 people. He said that there is a tendency to get quite emotionally pumped up and as a result, you lose your appetite to eat, Celebrity Health & Fitness also reported.
Trump also took the opportunity to take a shot at his rivals whom he said could be gaining weight, in contrast to what he has been experiencing, because of their irksome campaigning.
"I have lost weight because my events are so exciting. When I'm done I don't want to eat," he says. "But I could see how it could go the other way for some people. That's only because their events are boring."
Trump has been making his way across the country to bolster his claim for the presidential seat. Just recently, he voiced out his strong opposition against allowing Syrian refugees to the U.S. soil, CNN wrote.
He believed that this could pave the way for terrorists to easily sneak into the country, even referring to it as a possible Trojan horse. It would be hard to tell who these people truly are, especially with the U.S. authorities being the worst when it comes to paper works, he said.
