Superheroes have been dominating not just the big screen, but even the small screen. Now, a person can enjoy watching a superhero-themed series at the comfort of his home.

DC is one of the leading studios when it comes to providing great superhero series to the viewers as they did not go too far from the traditional market. They have "Arrow," "Gotham," "The Flash," and their recently launched "Supergirl."

On the other hand, Marvel is also doing good with their "Agent Carter," "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D" and of course, their well-loved Netflix Series "Daredevil."

Fans of superhero-themed movies and series are very happy to have these series. However, there are some who are really waiting and excited as to when the 20th Century Fox will start to launch a TV series about superheroes.

According to Collider, the 20th Century Fox have already confirmed that they will be releasing a TV series related to their popular "X-Men" franchise.

"X-Men" fans will surely be very happy with this new. Well, there is still more to be happy about. 20th Century Fox isn't just going to release one TV series. Instead, the studio will launch two "X-Men" series, the Moviz Ark reported.

The first TV series is Legion. It will be for FX Networks. It is a series about David Haller, the schizophrenic son of Charles Haller.

According to Simon Kinberg, "X-Men" producer, Legion is going to be the "Breaking Bad" of superhero stories. He said that they are going to tell X-men stories in a slightly different tone and way. They are going to follow the original genre and make use of a comic book's paradigm.

The producer also said that "Legion" might come in ten or 13 episodes.

While "Legion" is for FX Networks, the second X-Men series, "Hellfire," is for Fox. The setting of the series is in the late 1960s. It is all about a woman with superpower abilities working with a secret society that aims to rule the world.

The Variety reported that David Madden, Fox Broadcasting Company's entertainment president, said that they are very excited to partner with Marvel and 20th Century Fox for this project. Aside from an interesting setting of an explosive era in history, he also complimented the characters of the series for being powerful and dynamic.
