American actor and model Norman Reedus who portrays Daryl Dixon, one of the most beloved characters in AMC's hit zombie series "The Walking Dead," recently, let his fans get to know his other passion apart from hunting down walkers with his crossbow. He put on an exhibit of his new photography collection at the Voila Gallery in Los Angeles.

The gallery includes Reedus' long years of never-before-seen photographs, as well as, some of his works from his first photography book, according to Variety. The pieces shows some of his prized personal collections including subjects like his son, his co-stars from "The Walking Dead" and other interesting characters from his experiences in Europe as an actor.

Reedus also talked about his upcoming AMC motorcycle travel series "Ride with Norman Reedus," his book "Thanks for All the Niceness," which features "The Walking Dead" fan art; and, of course, the AMC show itself which is nearing its mid-season finale.

"I want to say that our back half is the best 8 we've ever done. It's super intense," according to the actor. But, Reedus was also careful of not spilling any beans lest his show's mother network should shoot him down.

"I feel like if I tell you anything about the show... AMC satellite will laser beam me in the forehead and I'll just drop on the floor," he said in jest.

Meanwhile, his co-actor Andrew Lincoln who plays Rick Grimes, a former police deputy from Kentucky and the de facto leader of the survivor group, mirrored the claims of Reedus regarding the second season.

He said that fans would love the back eight even more and that he was more excited than ever because of where the story is headed. He cited both episodes 8 and 9 as unbelievable and went on to saying that the upcoming episodes just got bigger, and more epic and insane.

In an interview with The Wrap, Lincoln also teased the fans by saying that the season finale is going to be truly memorable. The cast and crew of the show were already done filming the last episode which will be shown this coming spring.

"We just wrapped 24 hours ago on what I think is the darkest and most extraordinary season finale that we've ever attempted," he said. "To say that I'm excited would be a vast understatement. And it ends with a very big bang."

"The Walking Dead" is shown Sundays on AMC at 9PM EST. The show will take a mid-season break and will return to air its final eight episodes on Sunday, Feb. 14, 2016, Cinema Blend noted.
