"Scream Queens" has already ended its first season. Fans are left wanting for more. However, it is not just the fans who want to have more of the series, but also the artists who played a role in the series. Lea Michele, the one who played as Hester who has been announced as the last Red Devil in the first season of the TV series, talked about the possibility of a second season of "Scream Queens," according to the TV Series Finale.
The actress is very excited and optimistic there is a chance to have a second season even when Fox did not say anything about planning, preparing and offering a second season of the series.
The first season was a homage to "Heathers," Michele said. She also revealed that the second season will be homage to a different classic horror film. Therefore, key differences between the first and second seasons can be expected by the fans.
She emphasized the fact that she had fun portraying as Hester and that she will be part of the second season of the TV series.
According to the Variety, the actress said that the characters will still be playing their original characters in the next season. The only difference is that it will be in a whole new location. Of course, there is an explanation as to why they have to go to a different location.
She also thinks that her character, Hester, will rest easy next season. She thinks Hester will be a big help if there would be another killer to come up. She can easily read what the new killer is planning and how the new killer will carry her plans. In short, she means that her character will be in need for the second season.
According to Hollywood Life, fans can expect to see both Lea Michele and Emma Roberts if Fox would decide to renew the show. Previously, Ryan Murphy, the creator of the show, said how he wanted to have four or five characters from season 1 to return for season 2.
If Lea and Emma are already confirmed, then two to three among Skyler Samuels, Jamie Lee Curtis, Abigail Breslin, Billie Lourd and Keke Palmer could be the ones who will complete the "original-and-returning casts."
As of now, there is still no guarantee whether "Scream Queens" will have a season 2 or not. The creator and the casts of the show have talked about the possibility of a second season, but Fox has not said anything about it yet.
