Earlier this month, CNN reported that the Michael Cavallari, the brother of "The Hills" star Kristin Cavallari was missing and that a Honda Civic vehicle registered to his name was found abandoned along the Interstate 70 in Utah on November 27. According to the investigation, he was tracked via credit card transactions that placed him in a convenience store in Monticello, Utah. However, he was nowhere in sight of the abandoned car.
Sad news has emerged from the investigation, as USA Today reports that according to The Grand County, Utah, Sheriff's Office, Michael Cavallari has been found lifeless at about 10:30 am on December 10, in the Salt Wash area near exit 175 on Interstate 70, in a steep and rocky terrain.
This news comes two weeks after authorities went searching for him. When they found his vehicle on the side of the road, the investigators theorized that he hit a large rock on the side of the road. The investigators found the car still running and its airbag deployed. They still do not know what Cavallari was doing in Utah, as he was arrested and bailed out in Southern California just days before his vehicle was found on Nov. 27.
