Miranda Kerr beauty, workout & diet tips: model-turned-actress poses nude on cover of Harper's Bazaar magazine

Harpers Bazaar is beginning 2016 with a bang by putting a very naked but stiletto-clad Miranda Kerr on their first issue of the year. The cover features the 32-year-old flaunting her supermodel body in the balcony of the Penthouse Suite of The London, West Hollywood, but not without a gorgeous pair of Christian Louboutins.
Celebrity Health Fitness reports that this is Kerr's fifth Harper's Bazaar Australia cover. Coincidentally, the model was born in Sydney and raised in Gunnedah, New South Wales. She has graced Harper's Bazaar's covers in December 2009, November 2011, January/February 2014, and in March 2014.
"The thing about nude photographs is that they can look iconic and tasteful, and they can be timeless because there is no fashion that ties them to a particular era," Kerr commented, as per The Sydney Morning Herald. "But the funny thing about this shoot was that I didn't know we were doing nudes - I thought we were doing a fashion story."
"We needed to get somebody in quick to give me a wax. I was not prepared at all," she admitted.
Meanwhile, Kerr looks flawless on the cover, and as per Celebrity Health Fitness, the model credits organic green tea for her fresh-looking skin.
"Fill your basin with a jug of freshly boiled water, add an organic green tea bag to the water, place your head over the basin and cover with a large towel," she explained. "Let the steam envelope your face for a few minutes to open your pores."
Kerr says that this regimen helps soothe her skin after a long day on the runway or in front of the cameras. She said, "It’s a pampering ritual I look forward to at the end of each working week. Not only can I relax and unwind, but I’m doing something beneficial for my skin that has immediate results so I can go makeup-free for the weekend."
As for her bangin' bod, the Examiner reports that Kerr enjoys yoga, low-impact cardio, resistance and functional exercise, and high-energy training like boxing or running.
Kerr, who was formerly married to actor Orlando Bloom and is mother to his son, Flynn, also credits low-carb diets such as the Atkins, Paleo and ketogenic plans to maintain her svelte figure. She also enjoys morning smoothies consisting of coconut water with goji berries, chia seeds, maca powder, spirulina and cacao, and cold-pressed green juice made of kale, spinach, cucumber and celery.
Kerr also reveals that, "I personally take four tablespoons of coconut oil per day, either on my salads, in my cooking or in my cups of green tea. I will not go a day without coconut oil."
Coconut oil has long been known to bring several health benefits, so it's not surprising that on top of her super healthy diet and consistent exercise plan, Kerr is also a fan of coconut oil.
