The "Executive and Other Criminals" DLC for the Grand Theft Auto Online will be available on Xbox One, PS4 and PC this month.
Gamemaker Rockstar Games announced the multiplayer mode of "Grand Theft Auto V," "Grand Theft Auto Online" will be having a DLC called "Executive and Other Criminals" which will be released on Dec. 15. It is free for download but only available for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC players but not for older consoles including Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
As the name of the new content implies, the DLC will allow players to live the high life of very rich people and or crime lords. The update includes new additions that let players have things that are necessary for extravagant living such as custom grand apartments, armored vehicles, a yacht, body guards and many more.
The announcement was revealed on Rockstar Newswire, the developer's official website for updates and news. It stated that there will be new gameplay modes and ways for players to earn a more luxurious lifestyle.
"VIP's who run their own operation gain access to new co-op Jobs, challenges and special abilities in Freemode, as well as having the power to hire and fire other players for their team of bodyguards," the announcement said. Meanwhile, Bodyguards earn a regular paycheck and their own special benefits including RP, GTA$, and stat boosts for working for a VIP's organization."
Players can also play in Freemode where they can purchase armored automobiles including the Turreted Limo or upgrade the boat to a Super Yacht for its missile defense systems. There's also the SuperVolito Carbon helicopter and other types of watercraft to look forward to.
The announcement also noted that Freemode Events "will automatically adapt when played by organizations, allowing for new ways to take on King of The Castle, Moving Target and more." There will also be the "new Extraction Adversary Mode, tasking teams of Bodyguards to search, locate and safely extract an Executive from their downed jet before a Hit Squad intercepts and eliminates the target."
This means that players who have accumulated wealth can become "Executives" or crime lords where they can create a crime organization. Their bodyguards or criminals can be played by other players so they can earn points under the "Executives," Cinema Blend reports. "Executives" can also fight with one another for rivalry or try to tear at one another's syndicated crime ring business.
