Kate Middleton new haircut, beauty secrets & fitness tips: Duchess of Cambridge sports a shorter 'do as she visited charity center in England

The Duchess of Cambridge was once again the subject of photographers, or paparazzi as we might have guessed, as she was seen on Thursday, Dec 10, taking her time off visiting the Action on Addiction charity's Center for Addiction Treatment Studies located in Warminster, England.
It was Kate Middleton's third public appearance in just a span of one week, according to E! Online. But, for the said event, Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, as she was also referred to in the British monarchy, is sporting a new and shorter haircut as she wore a teal-colored, over-the-knee, long sleeve Emilia Wickstead dress.
This was not the first time she was seen wearing the same dress. And, recycling what she wears was something that Middleton was comfortable doing so. But, it was not just her lifestyle that she was able to keep modest; apparently, she was also able to maintain a modest body figure even after giving birth to Prince George a couple of years ago and to her daughter and second child, Princess Charlotte just several months ago.
During the christening of Princess Charlotte on July 5, just a couple of months after her pregnancy, Middleton was already looking fit with her post-baby weight loss. A lot of people was impressed with her model-slim body while donning an Alexander McQueen outfit at the occasion., according to Examiner.com.
It was all because of the Duchess of Cambridge's diet plan and fitness routine. She makes it a point to stick to a low-carb diet and also includes a lot of juicing in the process. Middleton also works out including yoga, running and going to the gym.
"Kate stayed super-fit by running and hitting the gym," said Emma Sayle, a longtime friend and former college rowing partner of Middleton. "That helps in bouncing back. Kate loves exercise and did lots of swimming and Pilates while pregnant. It's really helped her lose weight."
All these helped Middleton lose about 29 pounds after her pregnancy, which was very noticeable when she attended the christening.
Apart from her healthy lifestyle, the gorgeous mother of two also takes care of her skin with some of these beauty secrets, according to Celebrity Health & Fitness.
