The Nintendo NX is the most awaited game console as of now. Many people are thrilled as to what the forthcoming Nintendo gaming device will offer. Nintendo has decided and promised not to reveal too much information about it. However, it seems like the company filing for patents is not helping in keeping the game console's features as secret.

Express reported an update regarding the game console, Nintendo filed a brand new patent that speculated that this upcoming gaming device will even be better than Microsoft Xbox One and Sony PlayStation 4. The new patent filing showed a drawing where a gamepad is featuring a touchscreen covering its entire front panel.

The article published in Engadget stated that while there are brand new features that gamers should expect from the console, there are also familiar elements. It will still have shoulder buttons and analog sticks.

Though there are still shoulder buttons, they won't be the usual front-facing buttons. Instead, they would be context-aware touch. This will let the gamers experience an entire new flexibility level that would allow turning the controller and having visual effects. Therefore, the gamer will have the choice to use the controller on the side or just get visual effects.

It is also said that the game console will be sporting a mobile unit. It is rumored that the user can use this mobile unit separately from the main console. This rumor is among those that heighten the interest of the gamers.

The Tech Radar reported before that Nintendo President Tatsumi Kimishima said that their Nintendo NX will definitely be different and will offer brand new experience. Taking all these new and innovative features in consideration, it seems like these match to the statement of Kimishima.

Despite the fact that the alleged features and specs of the Nintendo NX match the statement of Kimishima and the new patent filing of the console manufacturer, there is still no certainty about it. Well, yes, it is true that there a patent filing happened. However, this does not guarantee that this patent or feature will be seen in the upcoming Nintendo 2016 console. It is also possible that it will be featured in the following game consoles after the Nintendo NX.

Gamers do not have any choice, but to wait for the official release of the Nintendo X. There is still no certain release date of the console. However, it is already confirmed that the launching date will be in 2016.
