Marvel fans have many films to look forward to in the coming years. "Captain America: Civil War" will hit the big screens next year, but "Civil War" will not be the final battle for the Avengers because they will be reunited again in "Avengers: Infinity War."
According to Movie News Guide, Russo's "Avengers: Infinity War" is most likely the largest assembly of the Avengers. "Captain America: Civil War" is packed with the Earth superheroes, though fans will see more in "Infinity war." However, despite the big assembly, there are speculations that the Avengers will not be complete.
There are speculations that Captain America will not make it in the movie because, in the comics, the Star-spangled superhero died in the "Civil War." However, there are chances that Steve Rogers will survive.
Per Comicbook.com, in the Marvel Comics "Civil War," Rogers was gunned down and his dying wish was for Iron Man to look after his best friend Bucky Barnes a.k.a The Winter Solider, whom he appointed to be the next Captain America. However, there are speculations that the film will not follow the comics and that the titular superhero will be arrested instead, just like the other version of the comics.
Parent Herald previously reported that Chris Evans has just signed a 5-year contract with Marvel and that the actor will start shooting for "Avengers: Infinity" Part 1 and Part 2 next year.
Aside from Captain America, there are rumors that Thor's presence will be determined by the turn of events in "Thor: Ragnarok." There are speculations that the God of Thunder will die in the film, so, if it is true, he will not likely make it to "Infinity War."
Anthony and Joe Russo talked about "Captain America: Civil War" and "Avengers: Infinity War," ComicBookMovie.com reported. Both movies "are going to be very high, and there will be a price to pay [for?] a lot of characters," Joe said. " We're going to go on emotional journeys with these characters. We've got a lot invested in the emotion. We have responsibilities to be mindful of how these people feel about the characters and, at the same time, we also have a responsibility to carry through on the storytelling."
The Russo brothers revealed that "the stakes will be raised to a whole new level" for "Avengers: Infinity War" and that "people should expect to be shocked when they see the movies."
"Avengers: Infinity War" will bring together the Earth's mightiest superheroes to bring the Mad Titan Thanos down. "Avengers: Infinity War- Part I" will premiere on May 4, 2018, while "Avengers: Infinity - Part II" will follow on May 3, 2019. For those who want to see the Avengers soon, "Captain America: Civil War" will hit the big screens on May 6, 2016.
