The new "Just Cause 3" patch 1.021 is now available. The new patch promises to fix the issues the game has since it came out to the market.
When the latest installment of the "Just Cause" franchise came out, many fans were excited to experience the new open world action-adventure video game. However, glitches and errors were common occurrences for players who wanted to play the game for hours. Gamers were quick with the complaints, pressuring the game developer to put up a new update that will ultimately give fans the opportunity to enjoy the game to its full level.
Steam confirmed the new patch with the information about a couple of fixes on their website, Improved Stability When Exiting to Desktop and Improved Memory Management.
There have been several complaints about the "Just Cause 3" performance, especially when exiting to desktop. It was reported that the game immediately crashes when a player exits to desktop, and the game developer is already aware of the problem. They have already identified the reason why it happens, and with the new update, the company is very confident that the issue will be fixed.
The latest patch will also improve the PC memory management. Since the game was launched, its ability to load faster has always been an issue for players. With this new patch, Avalanche Studios have found a way to widen its memory capability which will result to a faster loading time with minimal possibilities of the game freezing in the middle of the game.
Avalanche Studios hope to provide a much better "Just Cause 3" after the update.
Euro Gamer's Dan Whitehead gave a statement in an earlier report prior to the update: "Loading screens are frequent, ponderous and distracting, with waits of a minute or more to restart challenges or reload checkpoints."
Meanwhile, less than two weeks ago, an update has been launched to improve other areas of the game, however, it did not cover all issues; hence, the new update now. Avalanche released a statement during the first update, giving credits to the fans who were quick to give reviews and comments about the game.
"Since launch, we've been pouring through your reviews and comments to help us prioritize our fixes accordingly. We know many of you have been patiently awaiting today's patch, and this update is part of a much larger plan to optimize and improve the game. Thanks for your patience," as reported by Euro Gamer.
