Adriana Lima Diet & Workout Tips: Victoria's Secret Angel Sizzles in LOVE Magazine Calendar

New Year's fitspo came early as Victoria Secret model Adriana Lima showed off her svelte figure in Love magazine's 2015 advent calendar entry for Boxing Day, Dec. 26, E! Online reports. The video from Love magazine features the 34-year-old flaunting her sexy body and writhing to Rihanna's 2012 hit, "Pour It Up." She is dressed in sexy black lingerie with stockings and suspenders. Other models who are part of Love magazine's 2015 advent calendar are Alessandra Ambrosio, Miranda Kerr, Gigi Hadid, and Kendall Jenner.
Celebrity Health Fitness reports that Lima credits a low-carb Paleo diet and boxing workouts to keep her fit, and admitted that she does put in the work to maintain her sexy body, despite her hectic schedule tat requires her to travel frequently.
"It’s been hard [to work out every day] because I’ve been traveling so much," the Brazilian mother of two admitted to Examiner. "When you travel, just carry a rope with you and then all you need is a space, anywhere, and you can jump for 10 minutes."
Lima added, "My body has changed a lot since I gave birth. I work out and I look after myself. I take this seriously because it’s my job."
Lima has two children with former husband, Serbian NBA player Marko Jarić, with whom she wed on Valentine's Day 2009. Lima gave birth to her first daughter, Valentina in November 2009, and her second daughter, Sienna, in 2012.
Lima, who has been a Victoria's Secret Angel for 15 years, has been training with former middleweight boxing champion Michael Olajide. As a boxing enthusiast, the model shares that her workouts involve muscle-sculpting moves with rigorous cardio exercise and shadow-boxing.
Lima pairs her workouts with a healthy diet consisting of high-quality proteins such as grilled meat and chicken, and low-sugar fruits such as blueberries and blackberries for snacks.
"I always like to eat healthy," she admitted. "I’m a mom, I have two kids, so I have to set a great example."
Lima added that "Everything that goes into your body is going to show up on the outside. You’re going to see it in your skin and your hair and your nails."
She also shared that "If you want your hair to grow faster, you can take flax seed oil or a flaxseed pill. It’s great! It will make your hair super-shiny and it’s going to grow fast."
For those with dry hair, the model also recommends, "don’t wash every day. And if you have very, very dry hair, wash once a week! The oils help your hair look better."
