'Batman V Superman' Director Zack Snyder Talks About Spoilers, Gal Gadot's 'Wonder Woman'

It's still a few more months before the comic hero-clash movie “Batman V Superman” premieres, but spoilers have been going around.
Recently a Reddit user named ViolatingNDA claiming to have watched a screening for the movie released some spoilers, Heroic Hollywood reported. To this, director Zack Snyder has something to say.
Snyder told MTV that he hates it when spoilers come out. This is because they want the audience to be given an experience that they'll enjoy the more they watch it in an atmosphere of anticipation.
“You design the movie as a story that evolves as you watch it, so moment-to-moment [you’re thinking], ‘Oh my god, what’s going to happen next? Are they gonna live? Are they gonna die?’ So you want that experience for the audience, as much as you can,” he said. “I want people to see the movie without knowing.”
By now, fans might think otherwise. Aside from the spoiler, the latest trailer seemed to reveal a great deal of information in the highly-anticipated movie. However, according to Snyder, there's a lot more in store.
“It’s cool that they think it’s too much and I appreciate people not wanting to know, but there’s plenty that they don’t know,” he said. “There’s a lot of movie that’s not in the trailer.”
Snyder also acknowledges that he is really happy to have iconic female superhero Wonder Woman join the film. He told FilmInk that there hasn't been a female superhero of her magnitude for some time and he considers “Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice” as a great opportunity to have her again.
More than that, Snyder expressed how happy he is to have Gal Gadot play the role of the female icon.
“We tested a bunch of actresses, as you can imagine,” he explained. “But the thing with Gal is that she’s strong, she’s beautiful, and she’s a kind person, which is interesting, but fierce at the same time.”
“It’s that combination of being fierce but kind at the same time that we were looking for. She can get serious, but she’s amazingly fun to be around,” he added.
Fans will definitely get to see more of what happens to Batman (Ben Affleck), Superman (Henry Cavill), Wonder Woman and others in the DC Universe when “Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice” premieres March 25.
For now, just enjoy the trailer.
