In her interview with the news outlet, Latina, Kaiser revealed the fitness secret why Vergara was able to maintain her body through her age and the secret of Shakira's flat belly.
Consistency is the key, according to Kaiser. One has to be consistent by working hard at the gym at least three times a week. Body posture is also very important.
People need to remember that by sitting or standing a little straighter, you are using your abdominal muscles. Kaiser stated doing that all throughout the day is already as effective as your 10 minute workout session. It is really amazing, especially not a lot of people know about that.
When it comes to maintaining a flat belly or having that dream abs, Kaiser cited proper diet. If one is really determine to shed those extra fats, he or she needs to avoid refined sugar and alcohol. One of the secrets is the commitment to be better. People have to eat the right kind of food in moderation. Food that will give you enough energy to do your work outs consistently.
Meanwhile, in a report by Us Magazine, Vergara also has another workout routine that helps her maintain her wonderful physique. It is called FlyBarre, which is a sculpting workout that involves slow movements.
