The ingredients you'll need are baby spinach, extra-virgin olive oil, medium-sized tomatillos, Hass avocados, tomato, white onion, cilantro, fresh lime juice and Kosher salt.
Simply create a puree with the spinach, tomatillos and olive oil using a food processor, then mixed it in a bowl with the avocados, tomato, onion, cilantro, and season it with lime juice and salt.
Pan de Yuca
