Candice Swanepoel treats her fans by flaunting her smoking-hot bikini body. The Victoria's Secret angel posed for a nude photoshoot and there is no doubt that she is flawless and absolutely in perfect shape.

The nude photo featured Candice lying in the sand on her front. She propped up her elbows to cover her bare breasts. According to Hollywood Life, the photo was taken during a Victoria's Secret swimsuit shoot in Costa Rica.

Per the report, the shot might not be used in any catalogue because the model is not wearing anything that they can sell but an amazing photo of herself. The photo explains why Candice is among the most sought after model in the industry.

Jerome Duran took the said photo. He captioned it with, "Where the wild things are" and added the hashtag "goals" for the said post. We can't tell whose goal was the hashtag referencing to but, if it's encouraging the viewers to have her figure, then that would probably take a lot of workout and diet.

If you are determined to have the same figure as Candice, do not worry because the South African model is generous enough to share her fitness and workout secrets.

According to Celebrity Health & Fitness, Candice does boxing, strength training, Pilates and yoga. "I do a lot of yoga, boxing when I have energy, Pilates on the reformer and lots of resistance training," she said. "I love yoga for the spiritual and physical sides. I meditate through yoga."

Candice loves to maintain her figure because if she doesn't have enough time to work out with her trainer, she still does something on her own to sweat. "Sometimes I'm too tired after work, so I try to work out in the morning, usually like three or four times a week, even if I do 15 minutes of running on the treadmill or yoga at home," she said. "Just something to keep it up."

Aside from working out and keeping active, she is very keen to her diet. Examiner reported that Candice's occasionally indulges in her love for pizza but, most of the time, she follows a high-protein, low-carb diet with plenty of vegetables. She also avoids processed foods and rarely overeats.

Low-carb diets like Atkins and ketogenic promote rapid weight loss by inducing the body to burn fat for fuel, said Dr. Eric Westman, an obesity expert and author of Keto Clarity.

In 2011, Candice made headlines after appearing emaciated at a Victoria's Secret press event. There were speculations that the model was anorexic but she dished the issue and released a statement denying those reports. "I am healthy and happy. I'm heartened to know how much everyone cares about me, but in this case, everything is normal and good."
