According to GameSpot, actor Ned Luke, who is playing Michael de Santa in "Grand Theft Auto V" does not know anything about game developer Rockstar's plans of any new single-player content department.

"Don't know when it's gonna happen or even IF it's gonna happen," said Luke.

Luke also said he would attend a number of conventions along with his fellow actors Steven Ogg and Shawn Fonteno this year, who play Trevor and Franklin, respectively, in "GTA 5." However, Luke didn't say the name of the specific conventions he is going to attend, but there are a lot to choose from all over the world for this year alone.

GameSpot reports as well that it is interesting that Luke, Ogg, and Fonteno would undertake convention tours in 2016, given that there are no announced new contents for "GTA 5" yet, aside from the GTA Online updates.

On the other hand, GameSpot further reports that "GTA 4," the predecessor of this game, has welcomed two post-release expansions, which are The Ballad of Gay Tony and The Lost and the Damned. GTA Online that is with its numerous and various content updates for the awaiting fans of single-player DLC are left wanting for Rockstar, which has supported multiplayer mode of "GTA 5."

In parallel to this news, however, VG24/7 reveals that the Rockstar mentioned in 2015 that "all key members" of the "GTA 5" team are currently working on GTA Online content, which means that single-player DLC plans are shelved. It could be that the content scheduled for release is going to happen instead of the single-player DLC release.

Fonteno is likely to work on some extra GTA content. However, whether or not Rockstar's full release is worked on, it is still totally unclear. The recently featured Lowriders update has shown the return of Lamar Davis from the main game that dishes out quite a handful of fresh and new missions in the multiplayer world.

However, rumor mongers have gone ballistic once again just last week right after Fonteno posted a photo of himself. He is in a motion capture suit just in front of a cluster of Rockstar Games posters.
