Fans of WWE have long enjoyed the in-ring performances of Brie and Nikki Bella, commonly known as the Bella Twins.
The twin sisters, whose real names are Nicole and Brianna Gracia-Colace, are well-known for their high impact style wrestling style as well their toned bodies.
However, according to Who Say, it's not always easy balancing work on the road 250 days a year.
One great motivation to work out is that the sisters are usually together while on their trips. Muscle and Fitness reports that when the Bellas go to the gym together, the session can get pretty heated.
Brie states that there are times when they end up at opposite sides of the gym despite starting off together. This is due to the competitive nature between the siblings.
When it comes down to the particular workout session itself, each sibling likes to do her own regiment but there are some overlaps.
Work Out Info Guru states that both Bellas do intense cardio to start the workout right. For Nikki, she usually hits the elliptical machine two to three times a week, while Brie sticks to a more traditional cardio session like the treadmill.
Once finished with the cardio, the sisters run a gambit of circuit exercises which help maintain their signature look of rock hard abs and toned bodies. This circuit includes simple exercises such as jump jacks, push-ups, body planks as well as jump squats.
If the sisters do weight training, they do not lift heavy weights. They prefer to do more repetitions on a lower weight. This is done to keep the muscles lean and strong instead of bulking up.
The girls also like to do yoga, Pilates and barre class.
The whole process takes about an hour and a half a day which the pair repeat about five days a week.
However, both Nikki and Brie admit that diet is also a key factor in staying in shape. The sisters say they stay away from fast food and sugars. The limit their alcohol content as much as possible, too.
While the stars admit to being wine drinkers, they tend to keep the amount of consumption down to a minimum.
