Grub Street shared that Brodo, the most popular bone broth spot in New York City, is working with Morgenstern's Finest Ice Cream to bring a new flavor to the bone broth favorite by offering the chocolate-spiked bone broth. The new broth bone soup is described as "broth hot chocolate."

Perth Now shared that wine with minimal processing will be among the leading choice of drink this year for those seeking pure and authentic flavors. Moreover, CNN has learned the first LEED-certified winery outside the United States will be opened in Uruguay this year.
- French toast - The new trend this year will end the dominance of pancakes and waffles but will pave the way for French toast. Meanwhile, Black Tree BK is serving their own version of Stuffed French Toast - a brandy custard soaked ciabatta, stuffed with fresh ricotta, crisp bacon, and pumpkin butter jam. It is topped with a drizzle of bourbon infused maple syrup.
- Mushrooms - Fungi is the perfect blend of several trends, vegetables, umami and foraging. Traditional Mexican cuisine usually includes mushrooms. Quora informed that Mexico is the largest exporter of edible mushroom in the Latin America and the 15th largest exporter in the world.
