Chocolates are sinful, but these chocolate dessert recipes will prove otherwise. You can enjoy a chocolate dessert treat and still lose weight and keep your diet by using sugar sparingly or using alternative ingredients. Whip these in your kitchen:

1) No-Bake Brownies

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups dried Mission figs, remove stems
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup unsalted almond butter
3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or chocolate extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Procedure: Soak the figs in a bowl of water for two hours and then drain afterwards. Using a food processor, combine the figs with the rest of the ingredients, except the walnuts. Transfer this in a bowl and then slowly pulse the walnuts in. Pour the mixture in an 8-inch baking pan that has been greased or laid with parchment paper. Tap the pan to even it out then place in the fridge. In an hour's time it should be ready to eat, per Shape.

2) Chocolate-Mousse Filled Strawberries

Ingredients:
1/2 container silken tofu (1/2 pound)
1/4 cup chickpeas, rinsed and drained
5 pitted dates
1/8 cup cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
40 large strawberries, washed and dried
1/4 bar dark chocolate, chopped or shaved.

Procedure: For the actual mousse, puree all the ingredients together using a food processor, except the strawberries and chocolates. Then, place in the fridge for an hour or overnight. Work on the strawberries by carving out the middle part. Put a generous amount of the mousse mixture in it. Arrange this in a flat dish and sprinkle with dark chocolates. Store in the fridge for a day only, otherwise it should be consumed as soon as possible, per PopSugar.

3) Sugar-free Almond Joy Bars

Ingredients:
3 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
3 tablespoons maple syrup
6 tablespoons extra virgin coconut oil
1.5 cups chocolate chips
1/2 cup natural almonds

Procedure: Combine the coconut, syrup and oil in food processor then carefully spoon this in an ice tray. Put in freezer. Next, prepare melted chocolate by placing a cup in bowl. The bowl should be placed over a simmering pot. Use spatula to constantly mix the chocolate until it's melted. Now break the frozen coconut from the ice tray and dip this one by one into the chocolate. Place this in a cooling rack and top with almond. Drizzle the remaining chocolate. Wrap these individually with wax paper, per Fed and Fit.

4) Healthy Frozen Banana Chocolate Popsicles

Ingredients:
5 large bananas
10 wooden sticks
24 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
Toppings

Procedure: Peel the banana and slice in half. With the wooden sticks, skewer the bananas one by one. Place these in a baking sheet that's lined with parchment paper and freeze for about an hour. Melt some chocolate in the microwave, then take out the frozen bananas and spoon or roll the chocolate through. Sprinkle with toppings and then put everything back in the freezer. This treat is best served when slightly unfrozen, so take it out of the fridge 15 minutes before serving, per Sugar Hero.
