Web MD says omega fatty acids moisturize skin while combatting foreign skin irritants. Huffington Post previously said that Omega-3 fatty acids, such as fish oil, helps the skin's outer layer to create moisture as well as increases the water-holding ability of cells, which results to less wrinkles.
