Not-so-typical superhero Deadpool is at it again with his crazy antics as Ryan Reynolds, the actor who plays Deadpool, has released a funny step-by-step video on how to check for testicular cancer, Entertainment Weekly reports.

According to the news outlet, Reynolds, clad in his red Deadpool overall, made a video where he explained the importance for men to conduct regular self-checks for testicular cancer. Reynolds posted the video on Jan. 28 via Twitter, captioning it with, "Something to touch yourself to. #deadpool."

In the one-minute video, Deadpool can be seen chilling by the fireplace while sitting on a pool table. He explains that men between 15 and 35 years old have the highest risk to get testicular cancer, which is the most common type of cancer among men. He then says that "it's time to fight back."

According to Mirror UK, approximately 2,300 men are usually diagnosed with testicular cancer between 15 and 49 years old. One in 20 men will die of the disease per year.

Going back to Deadpool's video on Twitter, Reynolds opens the informative yet humorous clip by asking, "Gentlemen, how well do you know your happy sack?"

"I’m sure you rummage around downstairs more than mommy would like. But it’s time you start paying attention to your favorite pastime because that bag of beans bouncing around in your hand could be trying to kill you," the 39-year-old husband to Blake Lively added.

According to Daily Mail, Reynolds, while still relaxing by the fire, gives men a step-by-step tutorial on how to check their "manberries."

Reynolds explained that the first step is to for a prostate self-check is to "hold each of your manberries -- or as I like to call them, smooth criminals in turn between your thumb and fingers." He then says to roll around your "manberries" but jokes to contain your excitement while doing that because "you're on a mission here."

Accompanied with an infographic on his left, Reynolds went on to the next step, which is checking the "tubes around the back" of your "manberries," which is scientifically called spermatic cord and epididymis.

Reynolds reminds men, while playing with two billiard balls, that if there are any unusual lump or irregularity, "‘Man up and talk to your doctor. The alternative is not an option."

He then concluded the short video by saying that self-checks for testicular cancer should always be done monthly.

"The next time you’re shopping for one in the sexy salad section, remember -- tweak the tomatoes before you go cucumber crazy," he reminded.
