Latina actress Salma Hayek met an accident on the set of her latest movie. She was brought to the hospital to get treated but, instead, had a different encounter with the staff due to the shirt she was wearing.
Hayek, 49, revealed in an Instagram post that she had a "minor head injury" on the set of "Drunken Parents." The crew had to rush her to the emergency room where doctors checked and treated her. They also took the chance to have their photos taken with the Hollywood actress and that's when Hayek realized she had been wearing a hilarious but inappropriate shirt.
"I had to be rushed from set to the ER for a minor head injury," Hayek shared. "Unfortunately my wardrobe for the scene was completely inappropriate for the hospital. Thank you to doctors Foster and Ellspermann for taking such good care of me! And don't worry it didn't make me any crazier than I was!"

Entertainment Tonight reported that the actress didn't disclose any other details about the accident and the injury didn't seem to set her back as she was seen filming again in New York soon enough.
Best known for her role in "Frida," Hayek was previously seen shooting with her co-stars in the middle of thick snow and was photographed running in her heavy coat and high-heeled boots. Daily Mail described the scenes as difficult, but actress pressed on with work despite the conditions.
Variety reported that the actress plays a mom who gets drunk with her husband (Alec Baldwin) the night they dropped off their daughter in college. The movie also delves on kidnapping and mistaken identity. Filming for "Drunken Parents" started in January.
Meanwhile, Hayek recently spoke out about the problems affecting her native land of Mexico --- specifically with violence against women --- in promoting her last movie, "The Prophet."
"[The violence problem] gives me great impotence, like it does to all Mexicans," she said via Fox News. "I don't have a solution except to bring this film to any child who is smarter than me, and perhaps not a child but an entire new generation, with a different social conscience in which we can all participate."
The mother of 7-year-old Valentina also related that she appreciates that her husband understands and encourages her to keep working despite their privileged life. As a working mother, she hopes to teach their daughter about the value of working hard and growing in one's chosen career.
