'Spice Girl' Mel B Workout Secret: Include Your Partner! Star Enjoys Romantic Strolls, Biking With Husband Stephen Belafonte

Former Spice Girl member Mel B's athletic figure is maintained with the help of a tough workout. However, the singer revealed another facet to her routines as she was photographed strolling and biking with her husband, Stephen Belafonte, over the weekend.

Daily Mail reported that the 40-year-old mentor and judge of "America's Got Talent" was photographed in her gym clothes Saturday near a beach in Miami. Showing off her fit physique, the singer kept smiling and talking animatedly as she steered her bike alongside her husband.

Stephen was also wearing his sweatpants and the pair were both in their training shoes. After biking, the couple then headed for a quick walk by beach and it appeared like this is an activity the couple share together often.

The star revealed on her Instagram that she was in the Florida state to catch up with friends and visit the Miami store of the Sugar Factory, a fashion and candy line. She claimed that she was going to regard the visit as her cheat weekend as she and Stephen indulged in food and sweets.

The singer is a known gym and diet buff. Back in Los Angeles where the couple is based, she sticks to her fitness schedule by doing regular gym visits or jogging and running with her trainer on Hollywood Hills.

But, Mel B also took the time to post a photo of herself wearing a white unitard inside the hotel bathroom in Miami. She showed off her well-toned body and received lots of praises from her followers.

Around the same time last year, it should be recalled that Mel B had to squash rumors that she's a victim of domestic violence. It happened when she was also noticeably absent on her social media accounts. But, after weeks of laying low, the star addressed the rumors.

"I'm very good was very polly but much better now and for the record my hubby never would lay a hand on me sorry took so long but any response fuels rumors #lovemyfamily #lovemyfans," she said, per Mirror. ABC News reported that Belafonte also voiced out on Twitter saying that his wife had been ill, which explained why she was quiet.

The Spice Girl member and Belafonte have been married since 2007. They have a daughter who was born in 2011. Mel B has two other children from previous relationships.
