'Castle' Season 8 Episode Spoilers: Spinoff Featuring Ryan, Esposito in the Works? Dever Shares It Would be 'Fantastic'

America's favorite crime drama T.V. series "Castle" is now back with a new episode. According to Design and Trend, first episode of the second half of season 8 will be titled "Tone Death."

The trailer for the new episode is already out and it gives fans a sneak preview on what is going to happen when the rest of the season resumes.

In the short footage, it appears that Esposito and Ryan suspected that Rick Castle is cheating on his wife Kate Beckett. Apparently, the two did not know Kate and Rick have been trying to patch things up to save their marriage. Both have been seen going on secret dates to rekindle their dying romance.

The couple really knows how to protect their cover as they put on a perfect show and gave an impression to the public that they have broken up. The two have been seeing each other during lunch time.

According to a report by Enstars, Rick certainly is having a hard time coping with the situation but she's doing it for Kate as she investigates the LokSat case. He has offered to help Kate with the investigation but his wife wants him out of it for now.

"Look, Rick, I'm done playing lone wolf and I promise you when the time is right I will loop you in on everything LokSat," Kate said.

"When it's time, you and I will take down LokSat together. Meanwhile, I will be sneaking in and out of the building next door to get here," she added as she gets out of the building where they both have been seeing each other in private.

Fans have been waiting for the time when both of them will work together on the LokSat case.

As Esposito and Ryan tried to confront Rick about her extra marital affair with another woman, the latter made up a name of his alleged mistress. Apparently, Rick does not have any intention of telling both Ryan and Esposito about what is really going on.

There is also a scene in the footage were in the guys are investigating a case about Agnes Molina's escape from prison. The trailer shows them searching the house of Dexter Grimes as he appeared to be the only person Molina would most likely run to after her escape.

As Grimes repeatedly denied the allegations that Agnes is in his apartment, Rick catches her behind the couch.

The next episode will be shown on Monday at 10 P.M. EST on ABC.
