Adele's not revealing the numbers but she did share her secret.
The 27-year-old British and "Hello" singer has recently released "25" - her third studio album - this past fall. It was a long wait for her fans as it took four years before the follow up on "21" was released. Known for labelling her albums after her age, the singer admitted to disbelief when she realized her age.
"I was just shocked that all of a sudden I was 25!" Adele told Us Magazine when she recalled writing her age in a notebook. "But actually, I like myself more than ever. I feel so comfortable in my own skin. I really like how I look, I like who I am, I like everyone that I surround myself with," she fondly shared.
The award-winning singer flaunted her 50-pound weight loss in the March 2016 issue of Vogue. According to Celebrity Health Fitness, Adele completely transformed her diet, stopped smoking and started hitting the gym to prepare for her upcoming world tour.
"I was trying to get some stamina for my tour so I lost a bit of weight," Adele told Vogue, as cited by Celebrity Health Fitness. "Now I fit into normal, off-the-shelf clothes," she noted.
She did not disclose how much she lost exactly but comparing her before and, after shots, she has likely shed at least 50 pounds.
The secret to the "All I Ask" singer's slimmed down body was a mostly vegetarian diet, according to Celebrity Health Fitness. Adele's fiance, Simon Konecki, inspired her to switch to a vegetarian diet in 2013.
"The more greens you eat, the more weight you will lose," says author of "The End of Dieting" Dr. Joel Fuhrman, as told by Celebrity Health Fitness.
Between the albums "21" and "25," Adele and Drop4Drop CEO Konecki dated and welcomed their baby boy Angelo in 2012. "When I met Simon, I knew that something was going to happen," she said, adding that Angelo was conceived "the day the last Vogue cover came out!" Adele shared.
Currently, she is no longer 100% vegetarian. However, she eats a lot more vegetables and consumes a lot less sugar and alcohol.
"I used to drink 10 cups a day with two sugars in each, so I was on 20 [spoons of] sugars a day," said Adele. "Now I don't drink it and I have more energy than ever," she noted.
The singer admits to hating exercise but she still works out regularly to build stamina for her tour. "I'm not, like, skipping to the f*cken gym," she tells Celebrity Health Fitness. "I don't enjoy it. I do like doing weights," she added.
