In the showbiz, it's very rare to find friendly exes like Kate Beckinsale and Michael Sheen. Kate Beckinsale could maintain a good quotient with his ex Michale Sheen and also with his current girlfriend Sarah Silverman. Kate and Michael have a child together, namely Lily Sheen.

The People movies report that, both Kate Beckinsale and Michael Sheen were having a 8 year relationship. And they broke up in 2003. The quotient between both the ex couples became a talk of the town with an Instagram image, which Kate Beckinsale posted on her account last week.

Both Kate Beckinsale and Michael Sheen were expressing their happiness at the news of  their daughter Lily's admission to college. Under the Instagram image it was captioned as "The appropriate fatherly response when you find out your girl got into college : burst into tears ,drop everything ,rush over and pick up everyone even remotely involved . @lily_beckinsale  we are so unbelievably proud of you . In an interview with the film award issue of ES Magazine's, Kate Beckinsale opened up her quotient with her ex boyfriend Michael Sheen and his current girlfriend Sarah Silverman. According to Kate Beckinsale, the break up is a long back history and they both are sharing a good bond with each other. 

Sarah Silverman and Kate Beckinsale also share a very good vibe with each other. Kate Beckinsale feels very thankful towards Sarah Silverman to have her and her daughter Lilly in her life. Kate Beckinsale had a recent break up with the director, Len Wiseman.

Kate Beckinsale feels so much positive for her daughter to have such strong females in her teenage life. Mail Online reports that Kate Beckinsale has plans to celebrate this year's Christmas with her ex Michael Sheen and his girlfriend Sarah Silverman in their Los Angeles home.

Kate Beckinsale also commented that her daughter Lily may choose an acting career in the future. And as a mother Kate doesn't feel to oppose her daughter if she choose that career, because she grew up watching her acting parents. According to her it's like saying not to have the wine when you are holding a glass of wine.
