Kim Kardashian and Kanye West vs Taylor Swift: The nastiest celebrity feud of 2016

There is no doubt that 2016 has been the year of celebrity feuds. Be it arguments, social media commentary, nude photos, music or others, we have seen a slew of celebrities engaged in war with their counterparts. And, topping the celebrity feud list is Kim Kardashian and Kanye West vs Taylor Swift.

Though the problem between West and Swift dates back to 2009, when the former interrupted the later's speech at the MTV VMAs, this year, the feud went out of control. According to E Online, things went frenzy when West debuted "Famous," with the lyrics, "I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex/ Why? I made that bitch famous."

Soon the controversy grabbed the headlines, but West clarified that he informed Swift in advance about the lyrics and she has given her nod. The drama took a U-turn when Swift's representatives denied that claim that she was informed in advance. 

The drama worth of a courtroom reached its climax when Kim Kardashian leaked a phone conversation video between West and Swift, which proved that she, in fact, gave her approval nod. According to an insider, the video was edited and the Shake It Off singer was really unaware of the line calling her a "bitch."

A report on SMH.com described that Kim further trolled the singer to bring down her image. She was joined by her sisters Kourtney Kardashian, 37, Khloe Kardashian, 32, and (Swift's former friend) Kendall Jenner, 21. "That moment when Kanye West secretly records your phone call, then Kim posts it on the internet," was one of their Twitter messages for which Swift gave a lengthy reply. 

They acted like mean girls and the hashtag "Kim Exposed Taylor Party" was trending worldwide on Twitter. Soon, Swift's bests Selena Gomez, 24, actor Chloe Moretz, 19, and Australian actor Ruby Rose, 30, jumped into support.
