It is necessary to click on the arrow to open a drop-down menu. A 'Block' option will appear in the menu. The user needs to choose that option to block the sender. Once the sender is blocked, all messages from that specific sender will automatically store in the spam folder.

The drop down menu also has the 'Unblock' option. Users can use it if necessary.
