It's time for people to cancel all plans, sit back and enjoy Disney movies. 50 movies from Disney production are going to be streamed on Hulu.

Hulu's head of content Craig Erwich has praised Disney while his interview with Deadline. He mentioned that the Disney brand is one of the beloved movies that the whole family can enjoy. He also said that Hulu has always kept kids and family programming as its priority and they will keep on serving them.

A multiyear deal between Disney and Hulu will be making these movies available. The new releases from Disney will still be going to Netflix, but the childhood hits will be streamed on Hulu, giving the company a profitable piece.

This was the first ever deal of Hulu for Disney hit releases, and also its largest catalog deal with Disney studio. Hulu, launched in 2008, is going to start a live streaming service this year. This launch is ahead of the streaming of Disney movies. The current subscription packs are $7.99 tier with limited advertising and an $11.99 with no advertising.

According to USA Today, The Walt Disney holds 30% stake in Hulu. Comcast and 21st Century Fox are other stakeholders. Time Warner, in August, became a stakeholder in Hulu.

Recent releases of Disney such as Star Wars: Rogue One is not going to be streamed on Hulu as Netflix has the streaming rights to Disney's new movie releases from 2016 and beyond.

Hulu will soon be streaming Disney's evergreen 50 movies. Now, people can show their kids their favorite movies when they were young.
