Divorce culture is very known to celebs who are facing issues of ending the marriage and this altercation living no difference between the two stars Halle Berry and Oliver Martinez. While the former fashion model was reportedly rushed to finalize their separation before 2016 ends.

Reports have claimed that Halle Berry wants to be a single woman before the new year has come for the reason of being part of her third husband to a deal. According to TMZ, their divorce documents tells that the "Catwoman" actress need to be single as soon as possible because of her "pending contracts and deals" and obviously she doesn't want Oliver to get any reward.

Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez end their marriage on December 29, 2016, and finally the judge signed the divorce paper they are filling. The former couple has said to shared custody of their 3-years old son, Maceo Robert Martinez.

One of the "Texas Rising" actors, Olivier Martinez stated that he went for an agreement regarding the support needed by his son. He also agreed to let Halle do the action so that the 50-years old film producer can say she left her husband.

Meanwhile, their divorce agreement doesn't show any detail regarding their holiday visitation right. According to Daily Mail, even if the two ex-couple already agreed the joint custody of their son still their property settlement have not resolved.
