A brewmaster from Oregon, USA could never believe that an ultimate dream would come true. Truly, Jamie Floyd has enjoyed making, tasting and drinking beer throughout the day has been the work that he had dreamt of.

Floyd has co-founded the Nikasi Brewing. Being a brewmaster, he would not only check on how the fermentation goes, but would also apply his expertise on the ingredients to produce new taste of beers and bring about the latest recipes of beer through its mixtures, cited Independent.

On 1995, he has begun to be a professional brewer. After ten years he had launched Ninkasi, along with Nikos Ridge who has been his friend from Eugene, Oregon. Ninkasi has a lot to offer such as IPAs, helles lagers, and stout that has been toppled with brewed oatmeal and vanilla. Ninkasi Brewing has been established in the second largest hop growing region in the US.

The brewmaster has been looked up as a craft beer and home brewing has been budding which cut the heels of chief producers at that time. Brewing has been widely accepted and has become popular to the market. Thus, it made the craft beer subscription service, Honest Brew notified that multinationals have crept in the industry wearing a cloak of a craft beer.

Concurrently, the brewmaster has observed that he has gone so far in his profession. From being an unknown brewer Floyd became one of the renowned in-demand brewers in a show.

Floyd narrated that he has started home brewing at 17 and has worked at a brewery. He was then a kitchen manager. It did not crossed into his mind that he could be a brewer, it just happened when his chief inquired if he was interested. It was real baptism by fire for him to get oneself into the trade. Floyd has said that nowadays it appears that people do not find it hard to join in the brew industry.

According to Floyd, one of his passions on his manhood has been brewing beer. He has become an observant to feature beer as history immersed. Thus, he called his company Ninsaki which derived from the name of a goddess in Sumeria, who was known to be the goddess of fermentation. This has been a   civilization of the modern-day Iraq which existed over 3,000 years ago.

In addition, Floyd said, "We have a special relationship with beer as it is the first recipe we made for ourselves in civilization." The brewmaster further added that every person should at least make a beer once. The person must have perceived on his very eyes how the procedure worked that would helped him become concern on agriculture than hunting and gathering.

Furthermore, the brewmaster said that once a person had the first quart of the self-made beer he would not only be proud, but would also gain a knowledge on what would it take to be a brewer, the more the person would appreciate beer in its sense.

Thinking ahead, Floyd said that many years from now billions of cans, bottles and kegs will be consumed each year. Floyd has always been open to experimentation whenever that time comes.

Moreover, the brewmaster iterated, "I am a fan of blending fruit juice and beer but at service in a more traditional way, not in cans and bottles." Most of the beers which were in cans and bottles never taste that good and it were prone to explosion if it would not be taken care of correctly. Floyd said that placing the beers in cans is solely a gimmick.

The brewmaster has predicted that Helles will take over the top-fermented yellowy Kolsch beers popularity. Often Helles has been overlooked far from Bavaria, thus the brewmaster hoped that it would become popular since people would seek another flavor.

He added that Kolsch' time has gone. A brewer would always want to create an excellent one. For this reason a brewer worked hard to make it right, yet what he has created could not reached to large markets. Though there were fans of Kolsch, people could have many options for beers in light styles. Brewers continue to make beers for the people who sought for it.

Floyd stressed out that undoubtedly Helles is the most drinkable style of beer due to its designed that is consumable in liter. Thus, when the beer is cold and bubbly it is so tasty. Helles is also good when it is flat and warm. The brewmaster commented that folks look for Pilsner for they find it good, yet for drinkability he loves Helles.

"In spite of everything, the life of a brewmaster isn't as glamorous as it sounds. Those interested in entering the trade might be surprised by what they are getting themselves into." said Floyd.

When asked about his favorite drink if he got fed up of a regular beer, his answer sounds funny. He preferred to have water. For him he got the best drinking water being a resident in the continental US. In fact he said that since he got the best water, it made a perfect beer, according to globalheadlines.

The brewmaker then concluded that he has been known to have wine, spirits, occasional coffee and tea.
