Dancing With The Stars Celeb Louis van Amstel Gets Hitched; All Details Of The Winter Wedding

Even though the Dancing With The Stars' pro, Louis van Amstel, might be well known for shaking a leg at the ballroom, but this time he chose to do something different. Well, he chose to say "I do" standing atop the snow while exchanging wedding vows with partner, Joshua Lancaster.

The couple got married on Sunday and it was supposed to be a great wonderland winter wedding, as the couple intended to have. As Amstel told The People, "We wanted a winter wedding." The lovebird chose Sundance, Utah in order to have a lavish winter wedding.

The pair, Amstel, 44 and partner, Lancaster, 27, met long back in 2009, at a Los Angeles bar. This was the place where Amstel stayed during his DWTS days. They have been in a long distance relationship for over four years, until Lancaster moved to Utah with Amstel.

According to Lancaster, a health coach, Sundance was supposed to be a perfect balance of a romantic and traditional destination. He even added this place was the one that linked both of them. Due to this reason, it was the perfect place to host their wedding.

The DWTS Live tour, however, kept some of his DWTS family members away from attending the wedding. However, his season 9 partner,Kelly Osbourne played the flower girl. Some of the other guests, among the 137 guests that attended the winter wedding included stars such as Chelsie Hightower, Sabrina Brian, his season partner for season 15, as well as Ashly DelGrosso.

According to E News, the couple had a huge group of wedding party in Uggs and mumus to step down the snow as they wanted everyone to make it a successful affair and not just an ordinary wedding. Among others, one of Amstel's closest pals included star, Mary-Margaret Humes, who served as the best man.
