Song Joong Ki, Song Hye Kyo Remain Top On-Screen Couple in South Korea

"Descendants of the Sun" stars Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo's on-screen love team has retained their clamor even after the TV Series had ended. Fans of the Song - Song couples wish to see them as a pair once more not just on screen but as well as in real life even after the two had pointed out that they were just friends. It seems like the fans are not convince with this fact that made them want to see more of Joong Ki and Hye Kyo.

As reported by Poor Primadonna, the Song - Song love team had defeated the stars of "The Gentlemen of Wolgyesu Tailor Shop" (Lee Se-young and Hyun Woo) who ranked second place and "Love in the Moonlight" love team (Park Bo-gum and Kim Yoo-Jung) who ranked third place as the most admired love team today in South Korea. 

In addition, Korea Portal had informed that the local polling agency result of Panel Marketing Interactive (PMI) survey is an evidence that Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo's tandem has been the most popular and most successful love team in the present. The couple had garnered a total of 16.5 percent votes from the 2,000 participants while Lee Se-young and Hyun Woo had 11.5 percent of votes.

Meanwhile, Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo were expected to star in the sequel of "The Heirs" together with "The Heirs 1" stars Lee Min Ho and Park Shin Hye before they film the continuation "Descendants of the Sun". In contrast to that, some reports had only tagged Song Joong Ki's name on "The Heirs 2" while his tandem on the show had remained unknown. However, these assumptions were still left uncertain since the confirmation of the director and producers hasn't been made.
