PlayStation Plus February 2016 Free Games: ‘Gravity Rush’ Remastered, ‘Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: China,’ ‘Max Payne 3’ Could Possibly Be Included [More Predictions]

February is getting closer and PlayStation fans are excited about the free games included in the PlayStation Plus February 2017 lineup. While Sony has yet to announce the official list, some titles have already been rumored to be offered free next month.

According to PlayStation Universe, who gave an accurate prediction for December 2016's lineup, "Assassin's Creed Chronicles: China" could be included in the PlayStation Plus February 2017 free games list. Although this Ubisoft game has been given mediocre reviews, the publication believes it would be a great game to add to the free lineup, as it may increase the hype for other side-scrolling "Assassin's Creed" games.

Another game predicted to be part of the list of free games for PlayStation Plus February 2017 is "Gravity Rush" remastered. PSU stated in its report that this action adventure game was initially thought to be included in January 2017 but had it happened it would have taken the spotlight away from "Gravity Rush 2," which released on Jan. 18. February could be a perfect month for this game.

"Alienation" and "Shadow Complex" remastered are two more games that the publication predicted to be part of the free games next month. Brash Games, on the other hand, has its own set of predictions. According to the publication, some of the rumored games for January that did not make the list may finally materialize for PlayStation Plus February 2017 lineup. These titles include "Oxenfree," "Max Payne 3 "Surgeon Simulator" and "Sheltered," among others.

Sony has yet to confirm the rumored games but no one knows when this will happen. According to Express, it is likely that the announcement will be given on Jan. 25, which will be a couple of days from now. There's also a possibility that Sony will keep silent this week and only drop the big announcement next week on Jan. 30. Fans will just have to be on the lookout as the news for the PlayStation Plus February 2017 lineup could be just around the corner.
