"Supernatural" Season 12 episode 10 spoilers reveal that the Winchester boys will not have a rest despite their very recent ordeal in the hands of the government agents. This time, they would have to save their friend Castiel from someone who really hates angels that she trained herself in the black arts for over a century.

But first, a recap on the recently aired "Supernatural" Season 12 episode 9 titled "First Blood." Sam and Dean finally managed to escape the government facility by dying in their respective cells and being resurrected in the morgue. Outside, they managed to neutralize the pursuing agents one by one without actually killing them.

They were finally reunited with their mother Mary and their angel friend Castiel in "Supernatural" Season 12 episode 9. However, it was revealed that their escape was a costly one.

Sam and Dean Winchester actually made a deal with Billie the reaper who killed them and resurrected them afterwards so they could get out. But the payment was steep; Billie wants a Winchester's life for the effort. Thankfully, Castiel intervened and killed Billie. The problem is that Castiel's intervention might not go unnoticed; it may have some repercussion down the line, probably in "Supernatural" Season 12 episode 10 or later episodes.

Speaking of Castiel, executive producer Andrew Dabb revealed that in "Supernatural" Season 12 the angel would start to feel being some sort of an outsider. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Dabb explained that Castiel has been in some type of a liminal space for quite a while.

An upcoming "Supernatural" Season 12 episode will reinforce that feeling of not really belonging anywhere. Castiel will be reminded that he is really not a member of heaven's pecking order but he does not totally belong with Sam and Dean either. While he is very close to them, the two are brothers, a connection that he could never claim.

Meanwhile, it will be Sam and Dean's turn to return the favor to Daniel. In "Supernatural" Season 12 episode 10, the brothers will be saving Castiel's life from a woman bent on revenge.

Titled "Lily Sunder Has Some Regrets," they will be pitted against Lily who has spent the past century studying everything she can about black magic, reports ComicBookMovie. Her reason is personal; a revenge on the angels who killed her family in the distant past and this time, Castiel is her next target.
