‘Clash of Clans’ Latest News & Updates: New Event Features Maximize Heal Spell While Earning Resources

"Clash of Clans" has been handing out treat after treat via its "Events" feature following the December 2016 update. With the Witch Event concluded, the Heal Spell Event is up next. Here's how you can earn more resources without even participating in the Events.

According to All Clash, players can earn large amounts of resources even if they don't participate in the Events. "Clash of Clans" can earn those resources simply by queuing up the featured troops before the event ends, and then remove them from the queue after the event ends. By coughing up 10 percent of the usual price of the troops, "Clash of Clans" will refund the full price after the Event is done.

The Events feature has been received with mixed reactions by hardcore "Clash of Clans" gamers. Since the December 2016 Update, Supercell launched a couple of Events in an effort to encourage players to train under-utilized troops or spells in exchange for experience and gems.

The latest Event that concluded is the Witch Event. As with all the past Events, the training cost for the featured troop has been drastically reduced. The next Event will feature a Heal Spell Event with the same concept as with the previous Events in effect.

With the prevailing meta now favouring air attacks, the Heal Spell Event gives "Clash of Clans" players the chance to utilize the Heal Spell in tandem with the Rage Spell and the Freeze Spell (in case the target is a Town Hall 11). The usual spells used in air attacks, such as the Lavaloons or Lavaloonions are the Rage and Haste Spells. Having the Heal Spells will help ensure that attackers' balloons will have enough health to finish the job.

The Heal Spell is heavily utilized with ground attacks in "Clash of Clans," especially those combos using Hog Riders. The Hog Riders are quick and fearsome heavy hitters but are susceptible to hard-hitting defenses like the Wizard Tower, Tesla Tower, and the Giant Bombs. Using the Heal Spell to pre-heal the Hog Riders will make them last longer.

This latest "Clash of Clans" Heal Spell Event will allow players to experiment and develop new strategies and tactics. This is also the perfect chance to maximize the heal spell if the player is just learning how to use certain troop combinations. If the player is already adept at using the Heal Spell or doesn't want to use the Heal Spell, they can still earn resources without participating in this Event by following our tips mentioned above.
