Everyone loved Ryan Reynolds as the mercenary since “Deadpool.” Now, fans have been waiting for “Deadpool 2” and what excites them is who would play the two upcoming characters alongside Deadpool, Cable, and Domino.

One of the talks of the town is that who would play the time-travelling mutant Cable and the bodacious Domino. According to Epic Stream, “Deadpool 2” director, Rob Liefeld hinted about the two major roles. He said that the two characters would indeed expand the Deadpool universe. Yet, there were no specific names given since Liefeld just stated that “The casting of Cable and Domino is going to blow people’s minds.”

James Bond’s Pierce Brosnan was just speculated to be in the film because of Ryan Reynolds Instagram post with Hugh Jackman and Brosnan. Meanwhile, actress Mackenzie Davis and Ruby Rose have been reported to test for the role of the X-Force member, Domino. Of course, the ever funny Ryan Reynolds would still be playing Wade Wilson, the main character in “Deadpool 2.”

Speaking about the picture of Brosnan, Jackman, and Reynolds, Hugh Jackman hasn’t yet been confirmed for “Deadpool 2” nor having Reynolds to cameo on “Logan” despite Reynolds wanting the crossover to happen. Fortunately, Movie Web reported that the writers are in talks for a Wolverine-Deadpool crossover.

Writer Paul Wernick stated that it would be amazing “to have Hugh resurrect Wolverine in the Deadpool universe, and again, Ryan's making a hard push to make that happen, and hopefully the public gets behind it and we can all convince Hugh to put the claws on one more time." Writer Rhett Reese also spoke in the idea that if it were to happen in “Deadpool 2” it would take a hard look at their whole planned storyline.

Nonetheless, the popular rumor about movie “Logan” and character Deadpool was ended by same “Deadpool 2” writer Reese per Cinema Blend. She stated that “Yeah, that's not happening. The tones are just too different. I'm not sure exactly where that rumor came from, but Hugh and Ryan are really close and they really do want to work together.” She then added that there would not even be an end credit scene for Deadpool in “Logan.”

Rest assured, Wolverine to cameo in the “Deadpool 2” movie still remains a possibility. No announcements have yet been made regarding the movie’s release.
