Every Marvel fan is ecstatic for the third “Thor” franchise, “Thor: Ragnarok.” Ever since the “Captain America: Civil War” had ended, fans wait for these upcoming Marvel movie in connection to the upcoming “Avengers: Infinity War.”
According to Comic Book, the “Thor: Ragnarok” starred by Chris Hemsworth as Thor would have a plotline different from its other franchise. This time Thor would not be traveling to Earth, but instead, would be imprisoned in the other side of the universe. But, the God of Thunder would not have his Mjolnir hammer with him.
Thus, “Thor: Ragnarok” would feature the Asgardian to go back to Asgard and stop Ragnarok. In which Ragnarok means the total destruction of his home planet. Thor is then poised to beat a new threat, Hella played by Cate Blanchett. Yet, he must defeat his former Avenger mate, The Hulk in a contest first.
Hollywood Reported reported that a Ragnarok concept art hinted about Hella’s possible look alongside Thor and Loki. It was also shown that Thor is fighting The Hulk in a coliseum-like setting. In which, The Hulk is donned with a gladiator armor seen in the previous Comic-Con last year.
With that said, Movie Web mentioned that “Thor: Ragnarok” concept art Thor fighting the Hulk fight points out in the last scene of “Captain America: Civil War” wherein Hulk manages to maneuver a QuinJet to unknown location/s. This stemmed some speculations that The Hulk might have landed on a gladiator filled world wherein he became the current champion which explains his armor.
Moreover, it was also guessed by some that in “Thor: Ragnarok,” the ruthless Hella would team up with Loki to destroy Thor’s mighty Mjolnir. This event is then speculated to be the reason why Thor being banished from Asgard would find The Hulk on a new planet.
In addition, it was no further surprise that Benedict Cumberbatch would return as Doctor Strange in the “Thor: Ragnarok” movie. It was seen in the post credit of “Doctor Strange” Thor was speaking to Stephen Strange. Anthony Hopkins, Idris Elba, Jeff Goldblum, Tessa Thompson, and Karl Urban were also mentioned to make up the movie’s cast. No official release date had been released for the Marvel movie.
