Justin Bieber is now facing the accusation of creating fake illness to avoid the deposition in a copyright infringement case. A video helped the lawyers to track this lie.

The Oregonian reported that popular singer Casey Dienel also known as White Hinterland sued Justin Bieber and his track partner Skrillex. She claimed that a recent hit of the Canadian singer looked similar to his previous hit "Ring The Bell". "Ring The Bell" became popular in 2014.

This is not the first time that any singer is accused of the copyright infringement, but when the accused is Justin Bieber, then the story is different. The popular Canadian singer had to attend a deposition related to it on Feb 8. Even Casey Dienel's lawyers flew from Los Angeles to Nashville to help the "Baby" hitmaker.

Interestingly, just hours before the beginning of the deposition, Justin Bieber's team informed Casey Dienel's lawyers that he couldn't attend because of his illness. But, TMZ reported that the Canadian singer tried to misguide the lawyers. According to the legal team, the singer was celebrating a house party on the day of the deposition.

The team saw some YouTube videos that revealed Justin Bieber was busy at a party in the early hours of the day. The legal team is now ready to be more strict than before. The lawyers of Casey Dienel have already fixed another date for the deposition in early March.

This time they want the court to force the chart topper to fly to Nashville to attend the copyright infringement case. The legal papers filed by Casey Dienel against Justin Bieber claimed that the Canadian singer, his song co-writers, and producer have allegedly copied an eight-second snippet of her vocals. The "Baby" hitmaker used that eight-second snippet throughout the song "Sorry".

Earlier Casey Dienel contacted Justin Bieber in December 2015 and asked him to remove the sample. But, he refused to listen to her demands. Now she prepared to seek compensation from him.
