Some people may not take the lack of sleep seriously, however, it may be a warning sign of nervous breakdown according to an expert. Along with it are difficulty in making a decision and having panic attacks.

As Daily Mail Online reported, one sign of an overloaded brain is when a person shies away from having stimulation. This can also lead to losing libido and intimacy. Struggling with making a decision is an early warning sign of nervous breakdown. This goes usually with a lack of focus and questioning the ability of one's self. Judging one's self can only make things worse, so instead, be kind and provide extreme self-care immediately. Having little to no downtime also affects the mental health. Therefore, to avoid leading it to a nervous breakdown, it is suggested to relax, unwind or do a simple mindful breathing.
Meanwhile, Mental Health Daily says that having insomnia or difficulty of sleeping is one of the most common symptoms of a nervous breakdown. This is primarily because of the high level of stress that a person is experiencing which prevents the brain to calm down and get a good sleep.
Another warning sign is memory problems. This is caused by an extreme stress that may occur for a short or long time, depending on the severity. Fortunately, the memory issues do not last for a long time and will subside once the person knows how to relax again.
Moreover, a person who is on the edge of a nervous breakdown is physical pain. Some people thinks that its effect only happens mentally, however, anxiety is also visible when a person feels bodily and muscle pain.
