SpaceX is an aerospace manufacturer responsible for space transport that is based in the United States. According to The Verge, the corporation is going to make history by re-launching an old Falcon 9 rocket, which has already flown before. This action is far from the common routine of the corporation as it usually sends newly manufactured transporters into space.

However, China is about to conduct a plan to crush SpaceX and the whole United States Space Program. China's rapid economic expansion may be flagging, but its ambitions in space are not showing any signs of slowing down. The country's growing efforts to rival NASA continues by placing robotic landers and eventually astronauts on the moon and Mars. As of today, the Chinese government is quickly looking in overwhelming the space sector, CNBC reported.

Although the authorities of China in their space program have publicly announced the country's ambitions regarding the position it desires to put itself in terms of a major space power by the early 2030s, President Xi Jingping's government is now considering ways to direct costs that will enable the Chinese technology companies toward breakthroughs in modern technologies such as robotics, aerospace, artificial intelligence, large data analytics and other tech that can rival SpaceX.

The exact value of China's space programs remains in secrecy. However, many analysts peg its civilian budget at around $3 billion annually in recent years. This is a mere fraction of the costs that the United States allocated to NASA in 2016, which is $19.3 billion.

Yahoo! has stated that while China's space program has historically served as a state-driven venture to demonstrate the country's technological advances, China is now looking to the very program to pay the economic debts as well. Nevertheless, China was able to manage the small budget and accomplish big things in their space programs, ultimately catching up to the likes of SpaceX and its ranks.
