Cobie Smulders literally smolders in her cover photo for Women's Health magazine. According to Celebrity Gossip, she poses topless for the May 2015 issue of Women's Health. US Magazine describes the "Avengers 2" actress as having "tiny shorts" in the cover photo, while posing side-ways.
In the photo, which was taken by photographer Eric Ray Davidson, the "How I Met Your Mother" alum uses one of her slim arms to cover up one breast. Even if the picture only shows the side of her body, US Magazine reports that Smulders' abs and lean back can be seen.
To get her flat stomach and lean legs, Cobie says she frequently joins spinning sessions. According to US, she says, "I've never been on to go to a gym and power it out, but I recently discovered SoulCycle like the rest of the world. I know it's like a thing. But there's one really close to my place and I go, and I sweat, and I just pound it for 45 minutes and then I feel great. So exercise."
Celebrity Gossip states that she has gained a new "perspective" in terms of exercise due to her new movie. Her latest film is titled "Results," in which Smulders plays a personal trainer.
She comments on her the lessons she learned from the film stating, "I don't enjoy working out, I don't like it. But through this film experience I learned a lot and learned really how to work out, take control of your body, to strengthen it and just become stronger and more capable."
She goes on to say, "I really started to enjoy working out, which was a first for me. The training that I did was mostly cardio because the physical stuff in the film was just running a lot. We shot in Austin, like I said, and it was like 110 F. I just wanted to get to a place where I could shoot those long days -which they were - and not pass out, which I managed to do. I was proud of myself."
US states that the 33-year-old, actress and mother of two also shares her thoughts on healthy eating. She says, "I always associate [the word] 'healthy' with 'healthy eating'. I'm big into 'you are what you eat' and if you're taking care of yourself in that respect, then you're going to feel good. Look good, feel good."
